Linguistics School –Lyceum and Exam centres of Cambridge University RU005&RU037 created a program: "British Lyceum in Moscow", which aims to realize the UK primary and secondary school curriculum in the Russian Federation.
Primary and secondary programmes are for pupils from 5-16 years of age after which they progress to GCE A-level and preparation for entry to university
General Certificate of Education Advanced Level is for pupils from 16-18 years of age.
British Lyceum accepts children at primary level (5 – 11 year of age), lower secondary (11 – 14 years of age), upper secondary (14 – 16 years of age) and university preparation (16 – 18 years of age)
British Lyceum is open for both expatriate and Russian citizens, with the opportunity, should it be so desired, of taking Russian curriculum programmes externally in order to receive the Russian certificate of secondary education.
As a recognized authority in the European education system, University of Cambridge Examination Center justifiably identifies the GCSE – GCE A-Level system as the most recognized and effective in preparing students for admission to the most prestigious higher education institutions in the UK and other countries.
